We create or recover your Google Maps listing, complete it and help you collect reviews steadily.
Web
When someone searches for “pizzeria near me” or “plumber Perugia”, Google first shows a map with three businesses. Many people choose right there, without opening any website: they look at the photos, the stars and the opening hours, and they call. If your profile is incomplete, shows the wrong hours or doesn’t exist at all, that customer goes elsewhere.
We put your profile in order, link it to your website and give you a simple way to get reviews regularly. You carry on with your work, and the profile does its job of getting you found.
Most happy customers would gladly leave a review, but nobody asks them at the right moment. The secret isn’t to insist, it’s to make it easy.
Posts on your profile help as well: an offer of the month, a new product, an event. They show Google and customers that the business is active, and you can publish them from your phone in two minutes.
What we don’t do: bought reviews, reviews swapped for discounts or reviews written by friends. They’re banned by Google’s rules and could cost you your profile.
Restaurants, bars, shops, hairdressers, beauty salons, garages, medical and professional practices, craftspeople and any business that welcomes customers on site or works in a specific area. We look after businesses in Perugia and Umbria, Italy, and remotely across the rest of the country.
If you already have a website, we link the profile to the right pages. If you don’t, the profile is a good first step, to be followed by a business website.
Creating or recovering your profile, with categories, services, photos and a review request kit, starts from €190 as a one-off fee. If you'd like us to manage it in the following months too, we'll quote for that separately.
Usually, yes. Google has a procedure for requesting ownership of a profile. We guide you through it step by step, including verification, which sometimes requires a video or a postcard.
No, and it's not a good idea to try. You can report fake or offensive ones and, above all, reply calmly to every review. For readers, a well-written reply counts as much as the review itself.
No. It breaks Google's rules, and Google may remove them or penalise your profile. We help you ask real customers at the right moment.
Your completed profile is visible straight after verification. Your position on Maps depends on distance, relevance and reviews, and usually improves over a few months of steady attention.
