Booking systems and portals

Your own booking pages for restaurants, venues, practices and rentals, plus private portals for your clients, with no commissions.

Software · also on existing projects

Booking platforms are convenient, but every cover or appointment costs you a commission, your customers’ data stays with them and the page also shows your competitors. Meanwhile, you’re still answering calls and messages asking whether there’s space on Saturday.

With a booking page of your own, customers choose the day and time, get a confirmation and a reminder, and you see everything in one calendar. The same approach works for private areas: a place where your clients find documents, make payments and send you the details you need.

When you need it

  • You spend part of your day answering calls and messages just to give out availability.
  • You pay a commission on every booking that comes through an outside platform.
  • You sometimes end up with two bookings in the same time slot.
  • Customers forget their appointment and don’t let you know.
  • You collect billing details by email and then retype them by hand.
  • You want to give clients a private area with contracts, documents and payments.

How we work

  1. Booking rules. We agree with you what can be booked, opening times, durations, capacity and notice periods.
  2. Page and calendar. We build the public booking page and the internal calendar for you and your staff.
  3. Automatic messages. We write confirmations, reminders and cancellation notices in your tone of voice.
  4. Payments, if needed. We connect deposits or online payments directly to your account.
  5. Connecting to your site. We add booking to your website, your Google Business Profile and your social media.
  6. Testing and launch. We make test bookings with you, then open it to the public and stay available for changes.

No commission per booking

The system is yours: you pay for development and any ongoing management, not a percentage on every customer who comes in. The details of the people who book stay with you, and with their consent you can use them to get back in touch or invite them to return.

A few examples of how it adapts:

  • Restaurants: tables by time slot, number of covers, sittings and closing days.
  • Party venues: date, chosen package, number of guests and deposit, with the venue calendar always up to date.
  • Professional practices: in-person or video call appointments, with reminders and a link to Google Calendar.
  • Rentals: availability by the day or by the hour for equipment, vehicles or spaces, with pick-up and return.

A real example

For Partyland, a children’s party venue, we built the website, the booking page and the internal management software. Families choose their date online, with no commissions, and staff see the venue calendar, families and payments in the same tool, even on their phones.

Our business platform also powers the client portals: pages on dedicated addresses for a client area, payments, collecting billing details, booking video calls and signing up for services. The client uses a simple page, and the data goes straight to the right place.

Who it’s for

Restaurants, event and party venues, medical and professional practices, beauty salons, gyms, rental businesses and any business that works by appointment or with a limited number of places. We work with businesses in Perugia and Umbria, Italy, and remotely across the country.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a booking system cost?

It depends on what's being booked, how many resources you manage (tables, rooms, people) and whether you need online payment. We send you a written quote. There are no commissions on individual bookings.

Can I connect it to the website I already have?

Yes. The booking page can live on its own address or inside your website, even if we didn't build it.

Can customers pay a deposit when they book?

Yes, we can add online payment of a deposit or the full amount. The money goes into your account, not through an intermediary platform.

Can my staff see bookings on their phones?

Yes. The calendar works on smartphones too, so whoever is on the floor or in the shop can see straight away what's coming up.

Can I still take bookings over the phone?

Of course. You add them to the same calendar, so you have a single list and no double bookings.
