2. Choosing modules. We start from the ready-made modules you need and define what has to be adapted or built.
3. Written quote. We split the work into phases, with clear costs and priorities.
4. First version. We release the most useful features early, so you start using them and tell us what to change.
5. Data import. We bring in clients, history and documents from your current files and programs.
6. Training and support. We teach you and your team how to use it and remain your point of contact for changes and new modules.

Subscription software is convenient as long as your work matches the way it’s built. Then you hit the limits: the missing field, the price that goes up with every user, the integration that needs a second paid service.

• Your data stays yours: you can install it on your own servers or on our European servers, and export everything whenever you like.
• Everyone sees what they need to: roles and permissions decide who can read, edit or export each section.
• Access is protected with two-factor authentication (as well as a password, you need a code from your phone).
• One tool instead of many: in our own case it replaced MailerLite, Zapier and other outside subscriptions.
• It grows with you: when your work changes you add a module rather than switching software.

A real example

Our business platform started out for a consultancy firm and has grown to run four companies in different sectors every day: financial advice, a creator agency, a party venue and a furniture shop. Each company has its own address and only sees the modules it needs.

It includes sales and leads, CRM, renewals, Italian e-invoicing (SDI), accounting, PDF contracts, newsletters, a calendar with video calls, boards, a document archive and automation. The same platform powers the client portals for payments, billing details and bookings.
